For your trade

Consultations, long sessions and touch-ups, in your studio.

For the tattoo artist: the consultation first, the three-hour session, the touch-up after.

  • Consultation, small tattoo, session, touch-up

30, 60, 180 and 60 minutes: the three hours stay yours.

  • The idea in a note

When booking, the client writes subject, size and placement.

  • Studio rules

At the top of your page, where to start and what to bring.

  • You add the touch-up

At the end of the session you put it in the diary; the client sees it on his page.

  • Three hours don’t vanish last minute

Choose how many hours before clients can cancel from their phone, up to 48.

  • Your portfolio on the page

A gallery of your work, address and social links.

A day, for example

Friday. At 11 a half-hour consultation: the client has already written the idea and placement in the note. From 2 to 5 pm a tattoo session, and the diary puts nothing in between. You set the touch-up yourself at the end of the session, and the client finds it on his page.

You mark it on the booking and the client sees the new time on their page right away.

  • Running late

If they turned on notifications, they also get an alert on their phone.

  • Finished early

The same tap tells them they can come sooner. Their spot stays guaranteed.

The day’s calendar at Inchiostro Tattoo Studio, with booked and free slots

In detail

A tattoo studio with its calendar open on one link.

Tattooing means gloves on and a machine in your hand all day: replying to Instagram messages between two lines is not realistic. Meanwhile someone wants to drop by and talk about a sleeve idea, and another client wants faded color brought back. Here is how you line up consultations, sessions and touch-ups without leaving the chair.

Consultation, long session, touch-up

The starting list has four services: a thirty minute consultation, a one hour small tattoo, a three hour tattoo session and a one hour touch-up. Rename them and change the lengths to match how you work: some artists keep a half day block for large back or leg pieces. Clients booking from the link only see openings where the whole service fits, so a three hour session never squeezes into a gap between two flash pieces. If you would rather start everyone with a consultation, say so in the notice at the top of your page: every active service stays bookable, but clients read how you like to work.

A big piece, one sitting at a time

A sleeve or a back piece takes several sittings, a few weeks apart so the skin can heal. At the end of each sitting you open the calendar with the client still there and set the next date: they find it on their page next to their other appointments. From the link anyone can hold two active bookings at most; the rest you add yourself. The page opens dates for the next sixty days, so a later date, say for a client traveling in from another city, goes straight into the calendar from your side.

Resident and guest artists

Each artist has their own calendar, days and services: someone who only works black and gray gets no color bookings unless you assign them. A guest artist visiting for a week is added as a person with only those days open, invited through the staff link with the permissions you pick. Clients choose who tattoos them or take the first free time. One account holds up to 12 people. Upload photos of your work to the page and add your social profile: someone coming from your portfolio books without switching apps.

Hours you cannot afford to lose

Three hours of an empty chair hurt more than a slow day. Clients who turned on notifications get the reminder on their own, by default the day before and two hours before; for everyone else you tap the booking and a ready-made WhatsApp message goes out from the studio number. If the previous sitting runs over because shading takes longer, mark the delay and the next client sees the new time before leaving home. Mark a no-show, and their next requests wait for your approval. SeeYouNext takes no payments: deposits and balances stay the way you handle them today.

What you’re wondering.

Can I take a deposit when a client books online?

No: SeeYouNext does not take payments. If you work with a deposit, collect it the way you do now and mention it in the notice at the top of your page, so clients know before booking.

Can clients book only a consultation from the link?

Not with a switch: every active service on your list can be booked from the link. You can say in the notice that you start with a consultation and set the sessions from the calendar yourself.

Can a client send me a reference image?

Not through the app: the client list holds name, phone and text notes, with no files or photos. Reference images keep coming in by chat; use the notes for placement and size.

Can a guest artist use my calendar for a week?

Yes: add them as a person, open only the days they are with you and assign the services they do. When they leave, close their days.

How do clients see my work before booking?

Your page has a photo gallery and room for social links: whoever opens your link sees your pieces before picking a day and time.

What does it mean that SeeYouNext is in beta?

The features on this page are already there and you use them from day one, but we’re still polishing the app together with the people who use it: if something isn’t right, write to feedback@seeyounext.it. Meanwhile it’s free, payments aren’t switched on. When the beta ends, if you start now you pay €12 per month, VAT included, locked in forever, whatever the number of people who work with you.

Hours, price list and your logo, from your phone, in a few minutes. Then send the link.
