The services of a nail tech
Your price list starts with gel polish, full sets, fills, manicures and nail art, each with its own duration. An hour-and-a-half full set never lands in the slot of a one-hour gel polish: clients only see the times where it really fits. Change durations and prices to match how you work, add the pedicures or designs you do and remove the rest. If a client needs more time than usual, you extend just her appointment.
The rhythm of fills
Gel polish and fills come back every three or four weeks, and a client who doesn’t rebook in time ends up somewhere else. With your link she books her next appointment herself, whenever it suits her, even at eleven at night. Reminders arrive as notifications for clients who turned them on; for the others you send one on WhatsApp with one tap, from your own number, with the message already written.
Photos of your nail art
Clients choose a nail artist by looking at her work. On your booking page you add your logo, a cover photo and a gallery of your nails, and you put the link in your Instagram bio. Whoever arrives from a photo books right away, without going through direct messages. If designs change every time, keep prices switched off. Regulars install the app with your logo straight from your page and find their appointments there.
On your own or with colleagues
If you work alone, a calendar and a link are all you need; if there are several of you in the studio, each person has her own calendar and services, and clients choose who to book with. If a client doesn’t show up you mark it, and her next bookings wait for your confirmation. With the loyalty card you reward whoever comes back, after as many visits as you like: for a client who redoes her gel polish every month, it’s one more reason to stay.
