In detail
Your barber shop, bookable from one link.
At the barber’s, timing is tight: a haircut every half hour, a beard trim in fifteen minutes, and clients texting at all hours to ask if there’s a free chair. Here is how a booking app lets you keep cutting.
Haircut, beard and shave with their own timing
Your price list starts ready to go: haircut, beard trim, haircut and beard, eyebrows and a full shave, each with its own duration, which you can change. Clients book from your link and only see the slots where the service fits: a 45-minute haircut and beard never lands in a fifteen-minute gap. Services you don’t want booked online you switch off in your price list, and prices only show if you turn them on.
Walk-ins welcome
Lots of clients walk in without booking, and that’s fine. You add them to the calendar with one tap, or by voice while you’re holding the scissors, and your day stays in one place: online bookings, phone bookings and walk-ins. If there are several of you, every barber has their own calendar and hours, and clients choose who cuts their hair or take the first free chair. You can also put the day on a screen in the shop.
A cut runs long, the next client knows
When a haircut runs long, the next client ends up standing around. Mark the delay with one tap: he sees the new time on his page and, if notifications are on, gets an alert before leaving home. If a client doesn’t show up, mark him as a no-show and from then on his bookings wait for your confirmation, with no arguments at the counter.
Regulars and the loyalty card
A barber’s client comes back every two, three or four weeks. With the loyalty card you give him a reward after as many haircuts as you like, and he sees how far along he is on his page. Regulars install the barber shop’s app with your logo straight from your page, and get reminders and alerts there. Everyone else gets a WhatsApp reminder with one tap, from the shop’s own number, with the message already written.
