In detail
A full beauty salon, with no gaps between treatments.
In a beauty salon every treatment has its own timing, and a twenty-minute gap in the calendar is income lost. Here is how SeeYouNext helps you fill the salon’s day, even when there are several of you.
Face, body, waxing and massage
Your price list starts with the most requested treatments: facial cleansing, facial treatment, manicure, pedicure, leg wax, bikini wax, full body wax and massage, each with its own duration. Add the ones you do, like lashes or brows, and remove the rest. Clients only see the times where the treatment fits, so a full body wax never squeezes into the slot of a manicure. You get an alert for every new booking.
Several estheticians, one salon
Every person in the salon has their own calendar, hours and treatments: whoever only does massages never gets pedicure bookings. Clients choose who to book with or take the first free slot. If someone is on vacation, close her hours and clients only see who’s in. You can run up to 12 people in one account and see everyone’s day together on your phone, or on a screen in the salon.
Photos of your work and clear prices
Your booking page has your logo, a cover photo and a gallery of your work: clients see where they’re going and what you can do before they book. You show prices only if you want, and they can change by time, for example on Saturdays. Put the link in your Instagram bio, where new clients find you, and in the QR code at the entrance. Regulars install the salon’s app with your logo.
Clients who don’t show up
A missed facial is an empty hour. Reminders arrive as notifications for clients who turned them on, the day before and two hours before unless you change it; for the others you send one on WhatsApp with one tap, from the salon’s number. If a client doesn’t show up, mark it: her next bookings wait for your approval. And if a client cancels, whoever is on the waiting list with notifications on gets an alert and can take the slot.
