Running the bookings of a padel club.

In padel the problems are always the same: group chats to find a fourth player, calls to ask whether a court is free, cancellations at the last minute. Here is how SeeYouNext, the booking software for your club, takes care of them.

Every padel court with its own calendar

Each court has its own card: name, duration and price. You can give it more than one duration, say 60 and 90 minutes, and players pick the one they want. If your center also has five-a-side or tennis, players pick the sport and only see the courts where it’s played. You can run up to 12 courts in one account, and the calendar shows at a glance which ones are free tonight and which tomorrow morning. Bookings taken at the desk you add yourself, even by voice.

Different prices in the evening and on weekends

A court at 11 in the morning isn’t worth what it is at 8 in the evening. For each court you can add up to three price bands by day and time, for example Monday to Friday from 18:00 until closing, or Saturday and Sunday. Players see the right price before they confirm, and that price stays on the booking even if you change your price list later. If you’d rather not show prices online, keep them switched off.

Whoever books shares the match

Once the court is booked, whoever booked taps “Share with your players” and sends the group a ready-made message with court, day and time. Whoever opens it sees the match details, without anyone’s phone number or surname. No more answering people who ask what time they’re playing. If the match before runs long, you mark the delay on the court: whoever plays next and has notifications on gets an alert that the court frees up later.

Last-minute cancellations and empty courts

You decide up to how many hours before a booking players can cancel from their phone: for courts it starts at 24 hours, the rule many clubs already pin on their noticeboard. If a court frees up, whoever is on the waiting list for that time and has notifications on gets an alert and can take it. Players without notifications get a WhatsApp reminder with one tap, from the club’s own number. Courts are paid at the club, as always: SeeYouNext collects nothing and takes no commission.

What you’re wondering.

Can players pay for the court online?

No, SeeYouNext doesn’t take payments today: courts are paid at the club, as always. On the other hand, there’s no commission on bookings.

Do players have to sign up?

No. They open your link, pick court and time, and leave their name and phone number. Regulars can install the club’s app from your page, with your logo.

My indoor and outdoor courts have different prices. Is that possible?

Yes. Every court is a card of its own, with its own name, duration and price: “Padel 1 indoor” and “Padel 3 outdoor” can cost different amounts, and each can have its own evening bands.

Can I close a court for maintenance?

Yes. From the calendar you close the times you want on that court and nobody can book them. You reopen them with one tap.

Do my clients have to download an app?

No: they open your link and book. Regulars can install your business’s app, with your logo, straight from your page, on Android and iPhone. If they turn on notifications, that’s where reminders and alerts arrive.

What does it mean that SeeYouNext is in beta?

The features on this page are already there and you use them from day one, but we’re still polishing the app together with the people who use it: if something isn’t right, write to feedback@seeyounext.it. Meanwhile it’s free, payments aren’t switched on. The starting price is €19 per month for the first person and €15 for each extra person, VAT included: if you start now, you keep it forever.
