In detail
From the paper diary to an online calendar, losing nothing.
Online appointment scheduling isn’t just a calendar on your phone: it’s where bookings arrive, where you move and alert clients, and where reminders go out from. Here is what changes, day by day.
A calendar for every person
Open the app and you see the day: who’s coming, what for, how long it takes and where free slots are left. If there are several of you, each person has their own calendar with their own hours and services, up to 12 people. You mark breaks and closing days once and bookings never land on them. An appointment taken over the phone you add in a few seconds, or dictate by voice when your hands are busy: you check and confirm.
Online bookings arrive by themselves
Send your link on WhatsApp, put it on Instagram or print the QR code for your window. Clients open your page, pick the service and only see the slots where it really fits, because every service has its own duration. They don’t download anything or create an account: name, phone number, and the booking is in your calendar. You get an alert. If they want a time that isn’t there, they send you a request with a note and you decide.
Appointment reminders on WhatsApp
Automatic reminders arrive as notifications for clients who turned them on, on your page or in your business’s app: by default the day before and two hours before, and you can change them. For everyone else there’s WhatsApp: one tap on the booking opens a ready-made message with day and time, sent from your business’s own number. There are no text messages to buy, and the same tap lets you tell clients about a move.
Free during the beta, zero commissions
SeeYouNext is in beta today: you use it for free and payments aren’t switched on. We don’t ask for your card. When the beta ends, the price will be fixed per person who works with you, never a cut of your bookings, and whoever starts now keeps the starting price of €19 per month for the first person. Data is stored on Google Firebase, in line with the GDPR, and your clients’ numbers are never sold.
