In a hair salon a haircut and a color never take the same time, and the phone always rings when your hands are in the dye. Here is how an online calendar takes the calls off your hands without changing your day.
Your price list starts ready for your line of work: women’s cut, men’s cut, blow-dry, color, color and blow-dry, highlights, each with its own duration. Change times and prices to match how you work and remove what you don’t do. When a client books online, she only sees the slots where the service really fits: a two-hour color and blow-dry never ends up in the gap left by a blow-dry, and your day stays the way you planned it.
If there are several of you in the salon, each person has their own calendar, their own hours and the services they do: whoever only cuts never gets bookings for highlights. Clients choose who to book with, or take the first free slot with anyone. Up to 12 people in one account. In the salon you can put the day full screen on a tablet or a TV, so everyone knows who’s coming and when.
