In detail
Group classes with limited spots, booked online.
Pilates, yoga, functional training, spinning: classes have few spots and everyone wants the same times. Here is how you keep sign-ups, cancellations and the waiting list in order, without the sheet pinned by the door.
Every room with its own classes
In SeeYouNext the resource is the room: from the room’s card you create its classes, each with its own duration and number of spots, say mat pilates with twelve spots or yoga with fifteen. At any given time a room holds a single class, so pilates and yoga never overlap. More than one room? Each has its own calendar, up to 12, and from your phone you see the day of every room.
Free spots and the waiting list
Whoever books sees how many spots are left and, when only a few remain, the page says so. When the class is full, people join the waiting list: if someone cancels and whoever is waiting has notifications on, they get an alert and can take the spot. No sheets on the noticeboard and no one-to-one messages asking whether there’s still room in the seven o’clock class. If you run the same class several times a week, each session has its own spots.
Cancellations in good time
For classes the limit starts at two hours: until then members cancel from their phone and the spot opens up in time for someone else. You can change the limit, and it applies to every member. Reminders arrive by themselves for those who turned on notifications; everyone else gets one on WhatsApp with one tap, from the gym’s own number. No-shows you mark, and their next bookings wait for your confirmation.
What SeeYouNext does, and what it doesn’t
SeeYouNext doesn’t sell memberships or class packs and doesn’t take payments: you handle those the way you do today. It does one thing, and does it well: bookings. Members book from your link, without downloading an app and without an account, and regulars install the gym’s app with your logo. In your calendar you see who’s coming to every class, and if you change the number of spots, whoever already booked keeps theirs.
