In detail
Your tennis club, bookable online.
In tennis, courts are often booked days ahead, and canceled when it rains or a partner drops out. A calendar for every court and a single link keep everything in order, even when the front desk is closed.
Clay, hard courts, indoor courts
Each court has its own card: “Clay 1”, “Clay 2”, “Indoor hard court”. Give each one or more durations, say an hour for singles and an hour and a half for doubles, and its price. Players open the club’s link, pick the court and only see the free slots. In the calendar you see all courts day by day, and a booking taken at the desk you add in a few seconds, even by voice. If a coach uses a court for lessons, close those times and nobody books them.
When it rains
When it rains, cancellations arrive all at once. Players cancel from their phone, up to as many hours before as you decide, and the court opens up again. If you have to close the outdoor courts yourself, you cancel or move bookings from the calendar and players see the change on their page right away; those with notifications on also get an alert. For everyone else there’s WhatsApp: one tap, and the ready-made message goes out from the club’s own number.
Different prices by time
Evenings and weekends are in highest demand, and often have a different price. For each court you can add up to three price bands by day and time, and whoever books sees the right price before confirming, right where they pick the time. The price stays on the booking even if you change your price list halfway through the season. If your club doesn’t show prices online, keep them switched off and handle them at the desk.
Waiting for a free court
On Saturday mornings courts run out early. Whoever finds everything taken joins the waiting list for the time they want: if someone cancels and whoever is waiting has notifications on, they get an alert and can take the court. A booked match can be shared with one tap: the partner, or the other three players of a doubles match, receive court, day and time without seeing the phone number or surname of whoever booked.
