In detail
How to choose an online booking app.
Before you put a link in your bio, check four things: what each booking costs you, who your clients belong to, how you reach them and how long it takes to get started.
What each booking costs you
The first question to ask any booking app: does it keep a share of what you earn, or charge you for new clients? With SeeYouNext it doesn’t, there’s no commission at all: there’s a fixed price per person who works with you, and clients and bookings are unlimited. Today, during the beta, it’s free and payments aren’t switched on. The starting price, €19 per month for the first person, stays locked in for whoever starts now. If you’re fully booked one week, you don’t pay a cent more.
Your clients stay yours, under your name
Where your clients book matters too. With SeeYouNext they book from a single page, yours, where they only see you: your logo, your photos, your price list and your hours, at an address like seeyounext.it/your-name. Regulars install your business’s app from the page, on Android and iPhone, without going through an app store. Numbers end up in your contacts, and the ones already in your phone you import in one step. Nobody sells them.
Fewer gaps in your calendar
A missed appointment is an hour lost. Clients who turned on notifications get their reminder automatically: by default the day before and two hours before, and you pick the times. Everyone else gets one on WhatsApp with one tap, from your business’s number, with the message already written. If someone cancels, the slot opens up again and whoever is on the waiting list with notifications on gets an alert. No-shows you mark: from then on their bookings wait for your confirmation.
A few minutes to start, for every line of work
Pick your line of work and hours and price list are already set up: remove what you don’t do and your page is ready. It works for people who work by appointment, like barbers, hairdressers, estheticians and nail techs; for whoever runs one-to-one or group sessions with limited spots, like personal trainers and gyms; for whoever rents padel, football and tennis courts. Every person, or every court, has their own calendar, up to 12. Clients who prefer to call keep calling: you add them to the calendar, even by voice.
