In detail
If you run football pitches you know it: the phone rings in the evening, right when you’re out on the pitch or behind the bar. With a link, the match books itself and you find it already in your calendar.
Each pitch is a card with its own name, duration and price: “Pitch 1”, “Seven-a-side”, “Indoor turf”. Whoever books picks what they want to play and only sees the right pitches, with the slots that are really free. If a pitch is rented for 60 or 90 minutes, give it both durations. Up to 12 pitches in one account, each with its own calendar, and you see the day of every pitch together from your phone.
The captain books and taps “Share with your players”: a ready-made message with pitch, day and time goes to the team’s group chat. Whoever opens it sees the match details, but not the phone number or surname of whoever booked. You don’t answer ten people asking the same thing, and the booking stays a single one, in the name of whoever made it. If the team plays every week, the captain books the next match from the same link in a few taps.
Weekday evenings are the hours everybody wants. For each pitch you can set up to three price bands by day and time, like evenings after 19:00 or the weekend, and the right price shows before the booking is confirmed. If a pitch frees up at the last minute, whoever is on the waiting list with notifications on gets an alert. Prime time doesn’t stay empty, and quiet afternoons you can offer at a different price.
If the match before runs over, you mark the delay on the pitch: whoever plays next sees the new time on their page and, if notifications are on, also gets an alert. You decide up to how many hours before players can cancel from their phone. Reminders arrive as notifications for those who turned them on, and everyone else gets one on WhatsApp with one tap, from the sports center’s own number. The pitch is paid at your place, as always.
