In detail
A sports center with many sports, one calendar.
Padel, five-a-side, tennis, sometimes beach volleyball or basketball too: a sports center rents different spaces to different people, and whoever runs the front desk can’t spend the day on the phone.
Different courts, different rules
Each court has its own card with name, duration and price, and its own calendar. Five-a-side is usually rented by the hour, padel often for an hour and a half, tennis depending on who plays: give each court the durations you want. Whoever books picks the sport and only sees the courts where it’s played, with the free slots. Up to 12 courts in one account, and each one can be closed for maintenance with one tap, only at the times you choose.
A front desk free from the phone
Your center’s link takes bookings even while you’re closed: players pick court and time and leave their name and phone number, without an account. Bookings at the desk or over the phone you add yourself in a few seconds, even by voice, in the same calendar. At the entrance you can put the day of every court on a tablet or a TV, so whoever arrives knows where to go. Whoever booked shares the match with one tap: the other players get court, day and time without seeing anyone’s phone number or surname.
Players who come back
Whoever plays every week is a sports center’s most valuable client. From your page they install the center’s app, with your logo, and get reminders and alerts there. With the loyalty card you give them a reward after as many matches as you like. If they find everything booked, they join the waiting list for the time they want and, with notifications on, get an alert when a court frees up.
A fixed price, zero commissions
SeeYouNext doesn’t collect payments for matches and doesn’t take any cut: courts are paid at the center, as always. Bookings are unlimited, and today, during the beta, you use it for free. Evenings and weekends can have a different price, up to three bands per court. If you’re interested in one sport in particular, below you’ll find the pages for padel, football and tennis.
