A private sauna in time slots, with room to air it out.
A private sauna runs in shifts: the stove has to be lit ahead of time, between one group and the next you clean and air the room, and a single delay drags across the whole evening. With sessions booked from the link you know in advance who is coming and when to heat up.
Sauna, steam room, suite with a hot tub
Every bookable area is a space with a name and a photo: the Finnish sauna, the steam room, the suite with the hot tub. Items come from there: for each space you set up to four lengths, such as ninety minutes, two hours and three, each with its price, and whoever books picks where first and then for how long. If you need half an hour to clean between sessions, include it in the item’s length and say so in the notice at the top of the page. Up to 12 spaces per account.
Weekend evenings are worth more
Friday and Saturday night sessions are the most wanted. Time-based pricing gives those slots their own price and keeps weekday afternoons cheaper; if you show prices, the page displays the figure they start from. If your evenings run past midnight, set closing time after twelve and sessions are offered only if they end in time. When Saturday slots are all taken, whoever wanted one joins the waitlist and, if one frees up, gets an alert.
A delay that doesn’t weigh on the evening
If the seven o’clock couple comes out late, the nine o’clock couple shouldn’t wait in the hallway. Mark the delay with a tap: whoever has the next session, with notifications on, gets an alert that the space frees up later, and sees the new time on their page. The same goes the other way: if the sauna is ready early, send the early notice. Whoever booked can share the session with “Share with who’s coming”: friends see space, day and time and add their name to the list, without seeing any phone numbers.
Discreet reminders, payment outside the app
The notification reminder reaches whoever turned them on, by default twenty-four hours and two hours before, and from there they confirm with “I’ll be there”. For the others, one tap opens a ready-made WhatsApp from the sauna number. You decide how many hours ahead people can cancel online: a slot canceled at the last minute is hard to fill again.
