In detail
Property viewings and valuations, booked from one link.
At an agency the phone rings several times a day about the same two-bedroom apartment, while you are driving between properties. Here is how to let people book viewings and valuations from a link, with a calendar for each agent and appointments that never overlap.
One service per property, if you like
Your list starts with two services: a thirty minute property viewing and a one hour valuation. Viewings happen off site, and today the app does not store a separate address for each appointment: the practical way is to give every listed property its own service, named after where you are going, for example “Viewing, 2-bed at 14 Elm Street”. People who saw the listing open your link, pick that home and only see free times. Once the place is sold, switch the service off and it disappears from the page. Or keep a single viewing service and put the address in the booking note.
Every agent with their own calendar
Each agent has their own hours, office days and the properties they handle: whoever books the downtown studio apartment only finds the agent who shows it. Up to 12 people in one account, each on their own phone with the permissions you set, while the owner sees everyone’s day. Travel time between homes is not calculated by the app: keep it free with a block in the calendar, or give the viewing a length that includes the drive. Mornings for closings and holidays you close once, and nobody books over them.
No more waiting at a locked front door
Waiting outside a building for someone who never arrives is the classic wasted afternoon. Clients who turned notifications on get reminders automatically, by default the day before and two hours before, and can tap “I’ll be there” to confirm. Everyone else gets a WhatsApp message with one tap, from the agency number, already written. If you are running late at the previous viewing, flag the delay and whoever is waiting sees the new time before setting off. Mark a no-show and their next viewings wait for your approval.
Valuations and requests outside your hours
Owners thinking of selling book a valuation from the link, within the next sixty days, and leave the address and a couple of lines about the property in the note. If the week is full, they can send you a request for an extra appointment that you accept or decline, or join the waiting list and get an alert when a time opens up, if they have notifications on. Online, each client has at most two active bookings: someone who wants to see five homes in one afternoon you organize yourself, adding the viewings from the calendar. The address book keeps name, phone, history and your text notes; contracts and floor plans stay elsewhere, because the app does not hold files.
