In detail

Pickleball at your club, booked without the chaos.

Pickleball usually lands in a club that already has padel or tennis: a brand-new court, or lines painted on one you already had. At first there are a handful of curious players, then word spreads and the phone starts ringing. It pays to start with a tidy link from day one.

Dedicated courts and converted ones

Create a card for each pickleball court, with a name, a photo and a slot length: “Pickleball 1,” “Pickleball 2 on the old tennis court.” If several sports share your club, mark what’s played on each court: anyone opening the link picks pickleball and only sees those courts. Up to 12 courts per account, and one calendar that shows the busy hours on all of them. If a court is used in the morning for beginner sessions, block those hours and they stay out of online booking.

Four players who sort themselves out

Pickleball is mostly doubles, and getting four people together is half the job. Whoever books forwards the booking link to the others: it holds the list of who’s playing, where each person adds their own name. Once the booker sets how many players are needed, the page shows how many are still missing, so the fourth gets found before anyone drives to the club. Whoever opens the link sees court, day and time, but no phone numbers. You see the names on the booking.

Price bands for a mixed crowd

Pickleball draws retirees in the morning, office workers at lunch and groups of friends in the evening: three different moments that often deserve different prices. For each court, add up to three bands by day and time, for example weekday mornings, evenings after 6:30 pm and weekends. Players see the price for the time they pick before they confirm. If you’d rather keep prices at the front desk, leave the switch off and no amount shows up online.

Those left out and those who forget

When Thursday evening is fully booked, latecomers join the waiting list for that time; if a pair drops out and the person waiting has notifications on, their phone lets them know the court is free. For cancellations you choose how much notice is needed: by default it’s 24 hours. Reminders arrive as notifications for anyone who switched them on, the day before and two hours before. For everyone else, tap WhatsApp on the booking and a ready-made message goes out from the club’s number.

What you’re wondering.

I use the same court for tennis and pickleball. Is that possible?

Yes. On that court’s card you mark both sports: people looking for tennis and people looking for pickleball both see it, and a time taken by one is no longer open to the other.

Do first-time players need to create an account?

No. They open the link, pick court and time, and leave their name and phone number. Regulars can install the club’s app from your page, with your logo.

Can players pay for the court online?

No. SeeYouNext handles bookings, not payments: courts are paid at the club as always, and no commission is taken on bookings.

Can I open only the evening hours for online booking?

Yes. Close the hours you want to keep for yourself in the calendar: online, only the open ones show up, and you assign the rest from the app.

Do my clients have to download an app?

No: they open your link and book. Regulars can install your business’s app, with your logo, straight from your page, on Android and iPhone. If they turn on notifications, that’s where reminders and alerts arrive.

What does it mean that SeeYouNext is in beta?
