In detail
A nutrition program of meetings, bookable from one link.
A nutritionist’s work does not end at the first visit: it is a program of meetings spread weeks apart, and the biggest risk is a patient who disappears after the second one. A booking app will not tell you what to advise, but it helps keep the chain of meetings alive.
The first visit and the meetings that follow
Your practice starts with two items: a one hour first visit and a half hour check-in. Name them however you like, for example «Program meeting», and add a longer item for people coming back after a break. Someone who finds you online opens the link, picks the first visit, leaves a name and phone number and the booking is done, without back-and-forth messages. Prices stay hidden until you turn the switch on: many nutritionists prefer to talk about fees in person, at the first meeting.
Book the next meeting before saying goodbye
The best moment to set the next meeting is the end of the current one, while the patient is still motivated. Open the schedule, pick a date three or four weeks out together and put it in: they will find it on their page, where every appointment with your practice is listed. Online they can hold at most two active bookings, so a long program is something you build, one step at a time. If the chosen day stops working for them, they can ask to move it up to two hours before: the request comes to you and you accept with one tap.
A few clinic days, clear hours
Many nutritionists only see patients on certain days, say Tuesday afternoon and Saturday morning. Set those hours and your page offers nothing else; holidays and closures are marked once. If a patient who works shifts cannot find a time, they can request an extra appointment from your page, and the call is yours. For busy weeks there is the waitlist: whoever joins it gets an alert when a meeting opens up. Share the practice with a colleague and each of you keeps a separate schedule, up to 12 people.
Reminders without details, data that stays yours
Automatic notifications, if the patient turned them on, arrive the day before and two hours before and show only the day, the time and the practice name. For people who do not use them, tap the booking and send a ready-made WhatsApp from the practice number. Weight, measurements, blood tests and food diaries never go into the app: SeeYouNext is a scheduling tool, not a clinical record, and it prepares no invoices or health expense filings. Notes are for practical details only, like the day the patient is off work.
