For your trade

Rehearsal rooms booked by the hour, no band messages at midnight.

For rehearsal studios: several rooms, evening hours, bands organising in their group chat.

  • Big room, small room

Every room with photos and hours; the band sees which is free.

  • The whole band

«Share with who’s coming»: the link in the group, up to 30 names.

  • Evenings cost more

Prices by time for evening hours.

  • A room out of action

Block it and nobody books it.

  • How many hours

You offer the lengths; the page only shows times where they fit.

  • Cancel in good time

Choose how many hours before people can cancel.

A day, for example

Tuesday at midnight the drummer books the big room for Thursday from 9 to 11 pm. He shares the link in the band’s group and the other three add their names in «Share with who’s coming». On Thursday the small room is out for a broken amp: you blocked it.

With one tap

Appointment running long? One tap to let them know.

You mark it on the booking and the client sees the new time on their page right away.

  • Running late

If they turned on notifications, they also get an alert on their phone.

  • Finished early

The same tap tells them they can come sooner. Their spot stays guaranteed.

  • WhatsApp

Reminders and moves go out from your business’s number, with the message already written. No cost.

For you, running things

Cancel, move, alert. No phone calls.

Tap the booking in your calendar and do everything from there.

  1. Cancel

One tap and the slot is free for someone else.

  2. Move

Put it in another free slot: the client sees the new time on their page.

  3. Alert

Delays and early finishes as notifications to those who turned them on, reminders on WhatsApp from your number.

In detail

Rehearsal rooms that fill up without chasing bands on the phone.

Anyone who runs rehearsal rooms knows the pattern: bands text at midnight, the drummer confirms at the last minute, and the big room sits empty on Tuesday because nobody answered in time. Here is how a booking link brings order to rooms, hours and groups.

Every room with its photo and its hours

In the setup you create a space for each room: the Red Room with the drum kit and two amps, the small room for acoustic duos, the booth for singing practice. Each space gets a photo and up to four lengths, from one hour to four, each with its own price: these are the items the band finds on your page, and once they pick the room the question becomes “For how long?”. The times offered are only those where the whole length fits before closing. You can run up to 12 spaces in one account.

The band sorts itself out

The guitarist books and taps “Share with who’s coming”: a ready-made message with room, day and time lands in the band chat. Whoever opens the link adds their name to the “Who’s coming” list, up to thirty people, and nobody sees anyone else’s phone number. In the booking card you find the names of who will play. If the Saturday afternoon room is already taken, whoever wanted it joins the waitlist for that slot and, with notifications on, hears right away when it frees up.

Evenings, weekends and different prices

In a rehearsal studio the evening hours are worth more than early afternoon. Time-based pricing gives each band of hours its own price, and the page shows the starting figure if you chose to display prices. If you close late at night, closing time can run past midnight. A room down for repairs or held for a recording session gets blocked in the calendar, and nobody books over it. A new band looking for a time that isn’t offered sends you a request with a note, and you decide whether to open it.

Who doesn’t turn up, who runs late

The day before and two hours before, a reminder goes out as a notification to anyone who turned them on, and they can answer “I’ll be there” from it. For people who don’t use them, one tap sends a WhatsApp from the studio number, text already written. If the band before you overruns with one last song, mark the delay and whoever comes next gets an alert that the space frees up later. A band that skips the room without warning gets marked as a no-show: its next bookings wait for your approval. SeeYouNext takes no money: rent and deposits stay the way you handle them now.

We don’t ask for your card. Unlimited clients and bookings.

What you’re wondering.

Does the band need an account to book?

No: they open the studio link, pick space, length and time, and leave a name and phone number. Regulars can install your studio app from your page, with your logo.

Can I charge for the room in advance through the app?

No: SeeYouNext takes no payments or deposits. Prices, if you show them, are there to inform; payment stays at the desk or however you do it today.

Can a band hold the room for the whole month from the link?

No: online, each client has at most two active bookings. You can add the band’s other dates yourself from the calendar in a few seconds.

Until when can people cancel?

You decide: you can require cancellations up to 48 hours before, or leave them open. To change day, the band asks for another free time and you accept with one tap.

Do my clients have to download an app?

No: they open your link and book. Regulars can install your business’s app, with your logo, straight from your page, on Android and iPhone. If they turn on notifications, that’s where reminders and alerts arrive.

What does it mean that SeeYouNext is in beta?

The features on this page are already there and you use them from day one, but we’re still polishing the app together with the people who use it: if something isn’t right, write to feedback@seeyounext.it. Meanwhile it’s free, payments aren’t switched on. When the beta ends, if you start now you pay €12 per month, VAT included, locked in forever, whatever the number of people who work with you.

Hours, price list and your logo, from your phone, in a few minutes. Then send the link.
