A chiropractic day is a string of short appointments, one after another: thirty minute adjustments, a few longer first visits, patients who come in often at the start of their care. At that pace, one missed call or a ten minute delay is enough to scramble the whole afternoon.

Half an hour to adjust, forty-five minutes to get acquainted

The starting list has a forty-five minute first visit and a thirty minute treatment: adjust the times yourself and add the items you really use, like a re-evaluation. The times a patient sees online are worked out from the length of the item they picked, so a first visit never eats half of the next adjustment. If you would rather new patients call first, say so in the notice at the top of your page and book the first visit yourself over the phone. Prices only appear once you flip the switch.

When an adjustment runs long

With thirty minute slots, a patient who shows up late or a treatment that needs a few more minutes drags everything behind it. From the schedule you mark the delay with one tap and the alert can flow down to the following appointments too: each person gets a notification and finds the new time on their own page. It works the other way as well: finish early and you can tell the next patient to come in sooner. Breaks between blocks of adjustments go in the schedule, so nobody books over your lunch.

Early in their care, patients come back often

In the first weeks a patient may need visits close together. From the link they can keep at most two open at a time: you add the rest at the end of the session, asking for a day and time while they put their shoes back on. Callers go in within moments, even by voice. Automatic notifications reach people who turned them on, the day before and two hours before, with the day, the time and the office name; for everyone else one tap sends a ready-made text message or WhatsApp from your number, or you simply call them.

The schedule, and nothing more

Chiropractors and associates, up to 12 people, each have their own days, hours and treatments; the statistics show how many appointments the office had and who handled them. Can patients cancel at the last minute?

You decide: set how many hours ahead people can cancel online, from zero to forty-eight. Closer than that, they have to call you.

Can I see how many treatments the office has done?

Yes: the statistics show appointments and people; revenue only if you turn it on. They are not tax documents.

Do my patients have to install another app?

No: they book in the browser from your link. Anyone who wants can add the office app to their home screen, with your logo.

Do my clients have to download an app?

No: they open your link and book. Regulars can install your business’s app, with your logo, straight from your page, on Android and iPhone. If they turn on notifications, that’s where reminders and alerts arrive.
