An image consultant studio with sessions booked from one link.
An image consultation is tailored to one person: colored drapes, a mirror, natural light, questions about work and lifestyle. It only works when you have the full time and a clear head, not while you answer someone asking when you are free. Here is how you leave dates to the link and keep your focus on the person in front of you.
Consultation and color analysis, each with its time
Your starting list has a one hour consultation and a ninety minute color analysis. Add your own items: face shape analysis, wardrobe review, professional image for people who speak in public, a session for couples. Each item has its length, and anyone booking from the link only sees times where it fits in full. If you only read colors in daylight, open those hours in the morning and leave late afternoon for style sessions, where a lamp is enough.
Before you meet
In the note to the business people can tell you in two lines what they are after: a new role at work, a wedding, wanting to stop dressing in black every day. Notes you need yourself go in the contact list as text: preferences, convenient times, which number to use. Photos and color cards cannot be uploaded, so the palette you hand over stays in your own material. In the notice at the top of your page you can ask clients to come without makeup or with a few pieces from their wardrobe, so everyone reads it before confirming.
Full Saturdays, empty Mondays
Office workers want Saturday or evenings, and Monday morning stays empty. Open the hours you need, close days when you teach courses or workshops, set holidays once. When Saturday is full, whoever wanted it joins the waiting list and hears when a spot frees up. Anyone who cannot find room in your hours sends a request for an extra appointment from your page. Online each person holds at most two open appointments, within the next sixty days: a longer program you set from the diary.
Reminders and studio colleagues
Clients with notifications on get their reminder automatically, by default the day before and two hours before, and can answer that they will be there. For those without, you send it with one tap on WhatsApp from your number, message ready. If you share the studio with other consultants, each has a diary and services, up to 12 people. Connect the Book button to your Google Business Profile and people searching for you book without calling.
