In detail
Your club’s ping pong tables, booked from a phone.
A table tennis room lives on busy tables: once you have six or eight, keeping track of who has which table and when turns into a sheet of paper full of crossings-out. With SeeYouNext every table has its own calendar, and anyone who wants to play books from the link.
One table, one card
In the app each table is a resource just like a court: give it the name you use in the room, say “Table 1” or “Match table by the window,” a photo and a slot length. Table tennis works in half hours too: you can offer thirty minutes and an hour on the same table, and players choose. Up to 12 tables in the same account, each with its own hours. The calendar shows the whole room, and walk-ins without a booking you place on a free table yourself.
Peak hours and quiet hours
On weekday afternoons the room is half empty; evenings and Saturdays the tables go fast. You can reflect that in the price: for each table add up to three bands by day and time, and players see the rate next to the time before confirming. If your association would rather not put amounts online, keep the price switch off. When a club group trains on certain nights, block those tables in the calendar and they stay out of booking from the link.
Singles or doubles, with whoever you like
Whoever books a table can pass the link to their playing partners. Opening it, each person sees table, day and time and writes their name on the list of who’s playing; for doubles, the booker says four players are needed and the page shows how many are missing. Pairs can be formed right there, even at random. The booker’s phone number and surname aren’t shown to anyone. You, from the booking, see who is coming to play.
An empty table fills up
If someone drops out, the table becomes bookable again and whoever joined the waiting list for that time, with notifications on, gets an alert. You choose the cancellation window: it’s 24 hours by default, but with slots this short you can shorten it. People who switched reminders on receive them as notifications, the day before and two hours before; for those who didn’t, you send a ready-made WhatsApp with one tap, from the club’s number. Tables are paid in the room, as always.
