In detail
The cooking school, with every station taken before you shop.
In a cooking class the places are the stations along the counter, and the shopping happens first: if three people vanish on the day, flour, fish and eggs are left over. If two extra turn up, you run short of boards and burners. Here is how you keep fresh pasta, sushi and pastry at the right head count starting from a link.
Classes grow from the room
On SeeYouNext you start from the room, meaning your kitchen: you create the classes yourself from its page, one for each offer, for example fresh pasta, Japanese cooking, bread and leavened doughs, spoon desserts. Give each one a length and places, which here are the equipped stations you have, up to 50. We suggest fixing the times too, day by day: pasta on Thursday evening, pastry on Saturday afternoon. Without fixed times, the first person to sign up decides which class runs in that hour. With two kitchens you get two separate diaries.
Counted places and a waiting list
Whoever opens the link sees how many places are left in the class, and when only a few remain the page says so. Once a class is full, people join the waiting list: if someone drops out, whoever waits with notifications on gets the alert and takes the station. By default people can cancel from their phone up to two hours ahead, but for a class with the shopping done it pays to raise that: you pick the cutoff, up to forty-eight hours. After it, anyone who wants to drop out has to contact the center.
On the night of the class
The reminder arrives as a notification to whoever turned it on, the day before and two hours before, and with “I’ll be there” you know who is really coming. For people without notifications you write yourself: one tap on the booking and WhatsApp opens with the text ready, from the school number. Anyone with menu requests writes them in the note to the center while signing up. When someone does not show up, mark it, and from then on their sign-ups wait for your approval. If you start late, mark the delay and everyone reads it.
Private evenings and what it does not do
For a birthday party or a company evening, create a class with a single place: in that slot the kitchen stays reserved, and you handle the guest list. Online each person holds at most two active sign-ups; if someone wants the whole pastry series, you add the extra dates from the diary. SeeYouNext does not collect fees and does not sell gift vouchers or class cards: payments stay as they are today. On your page you add photos of the dishes and a notice with the month’s program.
