In detail
Nail art by appointment: different designs, different timings, one link.
A nail artist does not just sell a color: she sells a design, and every design has its own timing. A clean French takes forty minutes, a freehand set with rhinestones can take twice that. The challenge is fitting it all into the calendar without keeping the next client waiting.
Gel polish, nail art, extensions, fills
The price list starts with gel polish at forty-five minutes, nail art at one hour, a full set of extensions at an hour and a half and fills at one hour. If your designs come in levels, create separate services: simple accents, detailed nail art, themed holiday sets. Each has its own minutes and clients only see the openings where their set fits. If she wants a day or time she cannot find, she can ask from your page with the extra appointment request, and you decide whether and when.
A portfolio that takes bookings
People looking for a nail artist check the photos first, then the price, then the time. Your page lines it all up: cover image, a gallery of your sets, services, and free times right underneath. Put the link in your stories and social profiles, and connect your Google profile: its Book button sends clients to your calendar without a detour through DMs. Pick a theme that matches your style and upload your logo, which clients also find on the app they install from your page.
The weeks before the holidays
Before Christmas, Valentine’s Day or summer weddings, requests all arrive at once. Anyone who cannot find a spot can join the waitlist: as soon as an appointment opens up, she gets an alert. With time-based pricing you can set a different price for evenings and Saturdays, if you want. You choose the cancellation cutoff, so nobody leaves two hours of nail art empty on the same morning. Mark no-shows, and their next booking waits for your confirmation before it goes into the calendar.
Alerts without putting the brush down
In the middle of fine detail work you do not put the brush down to reply. Notifications send the reminder for you, to clients who turned them on; for the rest you send it with one tap on WhatsApp, already written, from your number. If the set before runs long, mark the delay and the next client sees the new time. Use the text notes for her preferred shape and length. If there are several of you in the studio, each has her own services, and whoever only does gel polish never gets extension bookings.
