In detail
Consultations and site visits for interior designers, booked from one link.
People renovating a home get in touch right after closing on it or after spotting one of your projects online, and they want to see you soon. Here is how to let them book a consultation at the studio and how to organize site visits at clients’ homes, keeping travel time out of the bookings.
Consultations at the studio, projects on show
Your list starts with a consultation and a site visit, both one hour long. Add a short color consultation, a materials session with samples at the studio or a design review, each with its own length. In the gallery on your booking page, upload photos of finished work: a kitchen, a living room, a renovated shop. Visitors see your style before they write to you, pick a service and only find times where it fits. Prices stay hidden until you decide to show them.
The site visit happens at the client’s home
A site visit takes place in the apartment being renovated, not at the studio, and today the app does not store a separate address for each appointment: the client writes it in the booking note, along with the floor and the buzzer, or you add it when you enter the appointment yourself. Nobody calculates travel time for you: make the visit long enough to include the drive, or keep a block free in the calendar before and after. If the job is out of town, close the whole morning and link bookings move to other days.
A studio with several designers
If several of you work at the studio, each person has their own calendar, hours and the services they handle: someone who only does color consultations never gets site visits. Up to 12 people in one account, each on their own phone with the permissions you choose. Clients book with whoever they want or take the first free slot. From the link, bookings open for the next sixty days and each client holds at most two active bookings online; site meetings set further ahead you add from the calendar, even as an extra slot outside opening hours, and the client finds them on their own page.
No closed doors on visit day
Arriving for a site visit to find nobody home costs you an afternoon. Clients who turned notifications on get reminders automatically, by default the day before and two hours before, and can tap “I’ll be there” to say they will be home. Everyone else gets a WhatsApp message: one tap and it goes out already written from the studio number. Stuck in traffic? Flag the delay and the client sees the new time. Mark anyone who is not there as a no-show: their next bookings wait for your approval. Renderings and quotes you send as you do now: the app does not send files.
