A photo studio rented by the hour, booked from a link.

A photographer looking for a studio wants three things: what the set looks like, when it’s free and what it costs. If they have to wait for your reply to find out, they’ve already contacted two more studios. With the link they see photos of the sets, pick the hours and the shoot is on.

Cyclorama, daylight set, shooting room

You create a space for each set: the white cyclorama, the set with daylight windows, the shooting room with backdrops and strobes. The set is chosen from its photo, so upload one that shows it well; the rest goes in the gallery on your page. For each set you define up to four lengths, from one hour to four, each with its own price, and whoever books picks how much time they need. The times offered are only those where the set stays free for the whole session. Up to 12 spaces per account.

Photographer, model, makeup artist

A shoot brings several people together, and if one gets the time wrong everyone loses an hour. Whoever books taps “Share with who’s coming” and sends the crew a ready-made message with set, day and time; each person opens the link and adds their name to the “Who’s coming” list. Nobody sees the others’ numbers, and you know who will walk into the studio. Address and map are on your page, so nobody wanders the block looking for the buzzer with gear on their shoulder.

Morning light and evening hours

The hours with the best light are worth more: with time-based pricing you set one price for mornings and one for afternoons, or a different one on weekends. If you show prices, the page displays where each set starts. Days when the studio is closed, or busy with your own work, get blocked in the calendar. When the shoot before runs long, mark the delay with a tap and whoever has the next session, with notifications on, learns the space frees up later and doesn’t arrive to set up lights for nothing.

Cancellations, reminders and money

A shoot canceled at the last minute is an afternoon of empty set. You decide up to how many hours before people can cancel from their phone, up to forty-eight; whoever wants another day asks for a different free time and you accept it. Reminders go out as notifications to those who turned them on, by default the day before and two hours before; for the rest a WhatsApp goes out with one tap, from the studio number. SeeYouNext takes no deposits or balances: those stay the way you handle them now.

What you’re wondering.

Can photographers see the set before booking?

Yes: every space has its photo, and the page has a gallery where you show backdrops, lights and equipment.

Can I ask for a deposit at booking time?

No: SeeYouNext takes no deposits or payments. You can explain how it works at your studio in the notice at the top of the page.

Can a shoot last all day?

An item goes up to four hours. For a full working day you add two sessions back to back from the calendar.

Can a photographer book many dates from the link?

Online they hold at most two active bookings. You add the other dates yourself from the calendar in a few seconds, and they find them on their page.

Do my clients have to download an app?

No: they open your link and book. Regulars can install your business’s app, with your logo, straight from your page, on Android and iPhone. If they turn on notifications, that’s where reminders and alerts arrive.

What does it mean that SeeYouNext is in beta?

The features on this page are already there and you use them from day one, but we’re still polishing the app together with the people who use it: if something isn’t right, write to feedback@seeyounext.it.
