In detail
During a massage the room has to stay quiet, your hands are covered in oil and the phone is the last thing you can touch. Yet that is exactly the hour clients call to ask whether you have room tomorrow. With a booking page they answer the question themselves, and you find everything waiting when the session ends.
Your starting price list has relaxing and deep tissue massage at one hour, sports massage at forty-five minutes and lymphatic drainage at one hour. Add the versions you offer, like a ninety minute massage, hot stones or a thirty minute back treatment, and the page only shows times where that length fits completely. If you need ten minutes between clients to change the table and air the room, build them into the service length: nobody gets booked on top of you.
Everyone who works with you has their own calendar, days and the massages they actually do: lymphatic drainage only goes to whoever practices it. Clients pick who they want, or the first free time. One account holds up to 12 people, each with their own time off. Rooms are not booked separately: if you have two tables and three people, plan the rooms into each person’s hours. Team members join through an invite link and only see what you allow.
Reminders go out by themselves to clients who turned on notifications, by default the day before and two hours before, and they can confirm they will be there straight from the reminder. For everyone else there is WhatsApp, or a text or a call: one tap and the prepared message leaves from your number. If a session runs over, you do not steal minutes from the next one: mark the delay and whoever is next knows right away when to come in. Mark no-shows, and their later bookings wait for your confirmation.
If you offer sports or deep tissue work, someone will tell you about their bad back or an old injury. SeeYouNext is a calendar: on a client’s card you keep practical notes only, like the pressure they like or the time that suits them, not diagnoses or medical history. Weekly regulars can install the app with your studio logo from your page, and the loyalty card rewards those who come back after the number of massages you set. A massage given as a gift? You add the booking yourself under the recipient’s name.
